| Welcome to our Infant Room (6 wks - 16 mo's) |
| The Sunshine room has a maximum of 10 infants. We currently have a seperate nap room for our infants called the moonbeam room.

| The Children's Center strives to provide the very best for every child under our care. Infants are nutured with a warm and comfortable environment that is cozy, like home. We have care-givers who love to rock, feed and play with the babies while offering them stimulating activities and manipulatives.

We rigorously pursue providing a safe and sanitized classroom. With our low ratios and cozy classroom, we are able to observe and be close to the children as they explore and develop new skills. Daily, the staff sanitizes the toys, play mats, chairs, and anything else that the children would put in their mouths. We also have an on site sanitizing dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

| The Children's Center offers an infant program that encourages an infant's visual, tactile, and verbal development. We allow them to explore the world around them freely, within the safe surroundings of their classroom and playground. We incorporate Ohio's Infant and Toddler Guidelines in all lesson planning.
Outside we have a happy play area. It includes a tree play gym, push toys, and scooters. The playground is conviently located just outside the classroom's back door. The infants also regularly visit our indoor muscle room.

We encourage our new mothers to come in to nurse their infants at any time. We have a glider and other soft spaces for our Moms to have a private and comfortable area to bond with their children.

| TCC has an open-door policy for parents and other authorized visitors. This means that you are welcome to come in and visit your child (granddaughter, grandson, niece, nephew, etc.) at any time.
